Registration is completed by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult on behalf of a camper. By submitting a registration, you confirm that you are that camper's parent or legal guardian, or have their guardian's authorization, and that the information you provide (age, medical notes, dietary needs, emergency contact) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

The current registration fee is GH₵400.00, rising to GH₵450.00 after the early-bird deadline of Sat, Oct 31. Accepted payment methods are listed at registration (Mobile Money, Cash at Desk, Bank Transfer). This site records and tracks payments against a camper's registration; it does not itself process card or mobile money transactions — payments are made directly to the camp office or district leader and then confirmed here. A registration is not considered secured until payment is confirmed by the camp office.

Refunds, transfers between campers, and cancellations are handled at the discretion of the camp committee. Contact the camp office using the details below to request one.

Camp capacity is limited to 500 campers across the Adenta, Madina and Amrahia districts. Once capacity is reached, further registrations may be placed on a waitlist and confirmed only if space becomes available.

Campers are expected to follow the camp's code of conduct and the direction of camp staff and district leaders for the duration of AMA Youth Camp 2026, held Tue, Dec 22–Tue, Dec 29 at Yilo Krobo Senior High School. The camp committee may remove a camper from the program, without refund, for conduct that endangers other campers or staff, or that seriously disrupts the camp. Guardians are responsible for informing us of any medical condition or dietary need that affects their camper's safety, via the registration form.

A guardian account lets you track payments for campers registered under your email, using a passwordless sign-in link. Keep access to that email address secure — anyone with the link can view the registrations tied to it. Admin accounts are limited to authorized camp committee members and may not be shared.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but registration, payment tracking and program details may change as the camp is planned, and the site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. In case of any conflict, the camp committee's official records take precedence over what is shown here.
