Camp Fee & How to Pay

Early bird is GH₵400.00 until Saturday, October 31, 2026, then GH₵450.00 — payable in full before or at arrival.

AMA Youth Camp 2026 will never call, text or message you to request payment through this site or to a mobile money number. Pay your camp fee directly to your District Youth Leader through your local church — that is the only official way to pay. If anyone contacts you claiming to be camp admin asking for money, do not pay — report it to your district leader immediately. The form below only lets you record a reference for a fee you have already paid your district leader.

Who to pay

    Your District Youth Leader

    Pay in person or via whatever method your Adenta, Madina or Amrahia district arranges locally — cash or mobile money direct to your leader, not to this website.

    Get a receipt or reference

    Ask your leader for proof of payment — you'll use it in the form below so the camp office can confirm your registration.

  • 🚫

    Never pay a stranger

    No camp admin will call you out of the blue asking for money. When in doubt, contact your own district leader to confirm.

Fee covers meals, printed materials and the closing banquet. Transport to the venue is not included.

What happens after I pay?

    Record your receipt — use the form; it's recorded as pending.

    Camp office confirms — the finance desk checks it against your district leader's records (usually same day).

    You're confirmed — you'll see your payment marked as confirmed on your record.

Struggling with the full fee? Pay a deposit and talk to your district camp leader — generous sponsors often cover the balance for campers who need a hand.
